Message	The hoses are what is not allowing it to move. Instead of using the pry bar to pry the belt on and off, use it against the pump itself to pry the pump on its pivot to give slack to the belt. Make sure the adjustment bolt is backed off far enough. Stiff hoses make it more difficult but the pump WILL move enough to get the belt on. Worked very easy for me.
